Ms. Sedrish is an experienced attorney, having represented plaintiffs, defendants, corporations, and individuals in litigation and transactional matters since 1995. She is an accomplished negotiator and advocate for her clients on a wide variety of issues, and has successfully serviced both U.S. and international clients for their varied litigation needs in numerous complex matters throughout her career. She has been with AlderLaw since 2009.
Before joining AlderLaw, she regularly represented multinational corporations, movie studios, and high-profile individuals, and achieved successful outcomes for her clients in cases involving breach of contract, defamation, fraud, intellectual property, and personal injury. Her scrupulous attention to detail, dynamic advocacy for her clients, and acute understanding of each client's unique needs make her a vital part of AlderLaw.
Ms. Sedrish received her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Duke University in 1989 and her Juris Doctorate from UCLA Law School in 1994. She is a member of the California Bar and is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court. She is also an active member of CAALA (Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles), OCTLA (Orange County Trial Lawyers Association), and CAOC (Consumer Attorneys of California).
Laura Sedrish has resided in Los Angeles for two decades, and along with her husband, is the proud parent of two children, and is a founding Board Chair of Greenway Arts Alliance, a non-profit corporation promoting theatre arts in education.
