
Dustin Thordarson

Dustin Thordarson is a plaintiff’s tort trial lawyer specializing in wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury cases involving burns, spinal cord, and brain injuries resulting from negligence, dangerous conditions of a public roadway, premises liability, products liability, and bad faith cases.
Since joining AlderLaw in January 2021, Dustin has been responsible for securing over $40,000,000 in settlements and verdicts. His experience as a skilled trial attorney with the ability to identify the issues in a case and efficiently prepare for trial has quickly earned him a reputation as a respected and trustworthy adversary.
Before joining AlderLaw, Dustin gained trial experience at other boutique law firms in Los Angeles. He developed his skills as a plaintiff’s trial lawyer and gained recognition for passionately and successfully representing clients in various cases resulting in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death.
Upon graduation from Southwestern Law School, Dustin was accepted to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Fellowship Program.
A Southern California native, Dustin’s commitment to be “a man for and with others” was an integral part of his education at Loyola High School of Los Angeles.
