Haifa M. Nesheiwat is currently an attorney at ALderLaw, P.C. A proud graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Haifa takes pride and interest in each of her client’s cases providing one-on-one service throughout the resolution of the case. During law school, she interned for the San Diego Public Defender’s Office and the San Diego City Attorney’s Office – the Domestic and Sex Crimes Unit.
A member of the Trial Team, Haifa earned first place for the 2018 Association of Business Trial Lawyers Competition and for the 2018 Trial and Evidence Competition. With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Northridge (“CSUN”), she interned at an immigration firm.
Prior to joining the firm, Haifa was the managing personal injury and litigation attorney responsible for overseeing three offices. She represented clients in car accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death claims, and other civil matters including breach of contract, fraud, and some employment. In addition to personal injury, Haifa represented clients in habitability matters including, but not limited to, lead poisoning, slum housing, carbon monoxide, and fires.
With just a few years of experience, Haifa’s clients can expect the professionalism, diligence in advocating on their behalf, and consistent communication through the resolution of their matter. When working with her, clients can trust her to listen to their needs and desired results while offering legal advice. Haifa has a deep passion for justice and goes above and beyond to ensure that clients are pleased with the outcome of their case and how they were treated as clients.
With over 250 pro bono hours, Haifa is licensed to practice law in California, U.S. District Court Central District of California, and U.S. District Court Eastern District of California. Haifa is a member of CAALA, LACBA, and Glendale Bar Association. In her free time, Haifa loves to paint, workout, dance, and enjoys spending time with her family and little teacup Malti-poo, Bernie.
