Heather E. Sterling Bio
Heather is a skilled litigator who combines her focus on client advocacy with her extensive legal experience and desire to fight for the underdog. Her clients trust her to listen to their needs and expectations and to provide them with competent and realistic legal advice. Heather’s practice focuses on employment and personal injury, representing the rights of individual clients against insurance companies and corporations.
Before joining Alder Law in 2023, Heather represented a wide variety of clients in matters involving business disputes, employment issues, personal injury, criminal charges, and family law, among others, from the initial stages through trials, appeals and beyond. It is her diverse experience that allows her to approach each case from a unique perspective and tackle issues in effective, yet unconventional ways when needed.
When Heather is not advocating for clients’ rights, she may be found surfing or designing jewelry.
