A Los Angeles native, Carlos’s approach to practicing law has been shaped by a desire to advocate for individuals and communities facing powerful institutions. He began building his litigation experience while still in law school, working full time as a law clerk at a prominent Los Angeles plaintiffs’ civil litigation firm. After becoming an attorney, he continued representing plaintiffs and gained substantial experience litigating matters in both state and federal court.

His work encompassed product liability, mass torts, environmental and toxic tort litigation, professional negligence, personal injury, and wrongful death. Over the course of his career, Carlos has helped obtain significant settlements and verdicts on behalf of clients and has been recognized as a Southern California Rising Star for multiple consecutive years.

Beyond his work for clients, Carlos has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to serving his community through pro bono advocacy. He has volunteered his legal services to organizations assisting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, as well as unaccompanied immigrant and refugee children navigating the legal system.

Carlos earned his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law and his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton. He is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He is also fluent in Spanish.
