Chase Gardella is an attorney at AlderLaw who brings an analytical and strategic approach to advocating for his clients. With an academic background in physics and mathematics, Chase approaches legal challenges with a natural ability to break down complex issues, evaluate problems from multiple angles, and develop thoughtful solutions.

Chase earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, graduating in the top 10% of his class and earning a place on the Dean’s List. He was also recognized with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Remedies, an honor awarded for outstanding academic achievement in the course.

During law school, Chase distinguished himself in negotiation and dispute resolution, serving on the board of Southwestern’s Negotiation Honors Program as a lead advocate. He represented the school in competitions across the country, earning top placements and developing skills in negotiation and advocacy that continue to shape his approach to practice today.

Before law school, Chase earned his Bachelor of Science in Physics with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Puget Sound. He also studied at Columbia University, where he expanded his studies in astrophysics and pre-law. His foundation in math and science gives him a unique perspective when evaluating evidence, understanding technical issues, and developing strategies in cases involving complex facts.

Chase has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2023 and is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA). At AlderLaw, he applies the same preparation, critical thinking, and persistence that have defined his academic and professional career to advocating for clients and helping them navigate the legal process.

Outside the office, Chase is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with friends on the golf course.
