Congratulations to AlderLaw attorneys Jennifer Ostertag and Lourdes De Armas, who are being honored with the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Board of Governors Award at this year’s Installation Dinner. As founding members of the Committee on Empowering Women, these two women are dedicated to supporting the professional and personal growth of women through networking, educational programs and mentorship. The Committee on Empowering Women is unique in that its members embrace and encourage all genders to become involved as allies and supporters to achieve the Committee’s goals.
Ms. Ostertag and Ms. De Armas, two well known trial attorneys and advocates on behalf of women both inside and outside of the legal community, are honored to be acknowledged by the Beverly Hills Bar Association (BHBA), which was founded in 1931 to advocate for justice in the community and to assist its lawyer members reach and exceed the highest levels of legal skills and ethics. With over 5,600 attorney members, it is the largest voluntary bar association in the State (that is not a county bar association) and is well recognized for its work both inside and outside of the legal community.
